SHIPPING METHODS, TIMES AND COSTS

When processing your order we will tell you the available shipping methods, the cost and the estimated delivery date.

HOME SHIPPING

  • ITALY - Standard shipping: 2-6 working days | 6,90 €

  • EU - Standard shipping: 5-10 working days | 19,90 €

  • OTHER COUNTRIES - Standard shipping: 5-10 working days | 24,90 €

Please note that deliveries are only made on working days.

FREE SHIPPING

The cost of shipping is free in Italy for all orders over €50.00.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and free of any damage, scratches or dents. The return request must be handled within the established deadlines, you have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to request the return.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

You can request a return through our contact form or to the email info@giaideas.com, remember to include in the subject “Returned order” and the order number. We offer you the possibility of returning your items through our home collection service. The The cost for each return request is €6.90 in Italy, 19,90 € in the EU e 24,90 € in Other Countries, which will be deducted from your refund. Once the return request has been made, a courier will collect your package at the address you indicated.

REFUND OF A RETURN

Once we have handled the return of your items, we will process the refund. When you return a purchase, you will receive a refund
of the order through the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Remember: if you sent the items to be returned via our home collection service, the costs of the return will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, which may include refund or replacement.

CANCELING AN ORDER

MODIFY THE ITEMS OF AN ORDER

If you have already completed the purchase, it is not possible to delete or modify the items. If you wish, once you have received the order, you can make a return.

CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS

If you have chosen home shipping, you will be able to change the shipping address of your order, as long as the state in which it is located allows it.
